Our Varieties

The ideal altitudes for a good Arabica coffee are between 1,000 and 1,700 meters above sea level. Growing it in the mountains keeps the plants at a cool temperature that favors the cultivation of our coffee varieties.

OBATA

Balanced flavor and sweetness. It has distinctive notes of caramel, chocolate and ripe fruit.

It is a hybrid variety developed in Brazil by crossing the Timor Hybrid and Mundo Novo varieties.

PARAINEMA

Flavor with notes of chocolate, tropical fruits and caramel, with moderate acidity. Produces tasty and enjoyable cups.

Developed in Honduras from the cross between the Sarchimor and Timor Hybrid varieties. It has an early maturity cycle, the cherries ripen relatively quickly. This can be beneficial to farmers as it allows them to schedule and harvest more efficiently.
